Alysha & Tanner’s Autumn Boho Wedding at Pinewood Weddings and Events

Alysha and Tanner grew up in the same town, attended middle and high school together, and even though life took them in different directions, their paths crossed again 10+ years later on a dating app. After their first quarantine date last summer, they knew that they had finally found their person. Tanner proposed in December, and they welcomed their sweet little one this past May! Their love story is a reminder that sometimes, the love we seek has been in front of us all along.

Their wedding took place in October at Pinewood Weddings and Events in Cambridge, MN, and it was a beautiful celebration of their love. The soft blue and black color palette with boho details in the tall pine forest set the stage for their special day. They shared a first look in front of Pinewood’s huge picture window overlooking the trees. For the ceremony, their guests were seated on benches in front of a wooden triangle arch with soft florals and pampas grass. Their 5 month old son definitely stole the show in his tiny tux, so cute and chonky!

After Alysha & Tanner said “I do,” the wedding party took photos around the venue’s gorgeous grounds. The venue was beautifully decorated for the indoor reception, with baby's breath, pampas grass, and eucalyptus spread across the tables and a beautiful hanging floral pampas grass installation hung from the ceiling. Every element creating the perfect ambiance for guests to enjoy dinner, toasts, dancing, and drinks. Alysha and Tanner's wedding was a beautiful reflection of their journey and their love for each other.

Pinewood Weddings and Events provided the perfect backdrop for their special day, with gorgeous natural beauty in every direction. Alysha wore a stunning Wilderly Marigold dress from Wedding Shoppe, Inc., with hair and makeup by Becca Booka. The floral arrangements by Shannon Drage at Saj Floral Studio were gorgeous, while Fork & Flair and Cub Foods provided delicious catering and dessert. Jimmy Bogan from Instant Request DJ Entertainment kept the party going all night, and Sarah Gonzalez captured it all on video for Wildwood Films.
