Brianna & Grant’s Private Estate Wedding in Des Moines

Brianna & Grant got married on a Saturday afternoon at a private estate in Des Moines. It was such a beautiful day—full of joy, intention, and so many memorable moments. They got ready at the estate surrounded by their closest people, and shared a quiet first look in the stone courtyard that immediately felt reassuring and sweet.

Their ceremony was full of love and support from everyone around them. A grandma arrived in a green dress and pearls and made the best kind of entrance—such a highlight. Grant and Brianna exchanged vows with all their guests seated in a large semi-circle around them, and the late summer Iowa countryside as the backdrop.

The reception took place under a big white tent with a checkered dance floor, minimal florals on the tables, a ribbon seating chart, and engraved mirror signage near the entrances. Their first dance was so romantic under the twinkle lights, followed by parent dances and a full dance floor the rest of the night.

Later, they had fun pouring a champagne tower with friends and snuck out for a kiss under the stars as guests danced away under the tent. Brianna & Grant, thank you for including me in such a thoughtful and joyful day.
