Amber & Miron’s Sunrise Engagement Session on the Beach in Honolulu
Amber & Miron’s only vision for their engagement session was champagne + barefoot on the beach with no one else around. I said “say no more.” We met at sunrise at Halona Blowhole Lookout, and Miron was dressed in a classic tan linen button-down shirt paired with khakis, while Amber wore a beautiful shimmering silk dress in warm pearl, featuring a ruffled neckline.
They spent the session snuggling and playing on the sandy beach, with waves crashing against the rocky formations in the ocean behind them. As the sun rose, lighting up the beach in golden light, the setting felt incredibly romantic. As the waves came closer, I asked if they were comfortable getting into the water, and Miron said “YES, let’s do it. Clothes can be replaced.” And I don’t think I’ve aligned with anything more. I always get so excited when my couples are so willing to get sandy and wet during their session.
To finish off our time together, they poured champagne into cute little coupe glasses, which had delicate ribbons tied to the stems, and toasted their engagement with the ocean as their backdrop.
P.S. sunrise always has a special place in my heart.
