Sydney & Noah’s Cozy Fall Engagement Session at Jester Park
I’m so excited for Sydney and Noah’s wedding in July in Des Moines! We got the perfect fall day for their engagement session this October, and the lighting was the most stunning golden hue.
We met up at Jester Park, and the whole evening was so sweet and easy. Sydney wore the cutest vintage-inspired mini dress with puff sleeves, lace details, and a little blue bow at the neckline—such a fun, nostalgic vibe. Noah kept it classic with khakis and a light blue button-down, which worked perfectly against the fall colors.
They played around in the woods while the sunlight streamed through the trees, and then we made our way down to the dock, hidden between tall grasses and cattails. It was one of those sessions where everything just felt natural—lots of snuggles, soft light, and quiet little moments that made it so fun to photograph.
Their wedding is actually my first one back from maternity leave, and I have just a couple more spots open for fall and winter 2025! 2026 is officially open for Midwest weddings, and I have a feeling it’ll fill up quickly. If you’re planning for 2026, now’s the time to reach out!
