Taylor & Luke – Autumn Boho Vintage Wedding at the Teachout

Taylor and Luke's October wedding was a special one. They both say from the moment they met, they knew they were meant to be together. On the wedding day, Taylor looked stunning in her Mori Lee gown from An Elegant Affair, with a beautiful bouquet of blush and peach garden roses and pale pink peonies that perfectly complemented the vintage boho vibe of the wedding. Luke wore a modern Skeffington's suit, polished with a classic black bow tie.

To start the day, the wedding party headed to Water Works Park for some photos. The park's fall foliage and crabapple trees provided the perfect backdrop for the wedding party's pink and blush color palette.

The ceremony was held at the Raccoon River Park Nature Lodge, with the water behind them sparkling in the afternoon sun. It was a touching moment when Luke's grandfather, who had recently been diagnosed with Lewy Bodies and Parkinson's, officiated the ceremony, making it all the more special and emotional.

The vintage and boho decor at the Teachout Building was lovely – the tables were decorated with pampas grass, amber glassware, macrame and soft orange fabric. The love and meaning behind every detail, from the small details to the big moments like their first dance, were evident throughout the night as Taylor & Luke's loved ones helped them celebrate on the dance floor.
