Lauren & Nick’s Elegant Engagement Session in Iowa City
Lauren and Nick’s engagement session was the perfect mix of classic and fun. These two were so classy and romantic the whole time, and I’m still not over Lauren’s black outfit against the big stone pillars at the Old Capitol Museum. Such a simple spot but it photographed so well. We also made a stop at one of their favorite spots, the Iowa Athletic Club, which is a relaxed, come-as-you-are sports bar with great cocktails and such a fun atmosphere. They even brought a heart-shaped cake with their wedding date on it. So cute, and such a fun way to mark the season they’re in.
So many fun engagement shoots lately—it’s been so nice to have my camera out again before baby comes! 💛
