Julia & Tylor’s Engagement Session at Villa Terrace in Milwaukee

Julia and Tylor’s engagement session took place in late summer at Villa Terrace Museum & Gardens in Milwaukee, and the setting could not have been more beautiful. This spot has such an elevated, old-world feel—tropical plants and hydrangeas thriving around a romantic stone fountain, massive staircases leading down into lush garden paths, and statues tucked between the greenery like something out of Tuscany. We had beautiful skies, warm light, and views from the back terrace that looked out over the water for miles.

We explored the gardens and stone arches, capturing everything from wide drone shots of the full grounds to quiet portraits under twinkle lights and distressed brick. They ended the session with a glass of champagne in the inner courtyard beside another gorgeous fountain—just the two of them, tucked away in this perfect space. Such a timeless, elegant way to celebrate the season they’re in.
